Description of the problem | After the first recall of the pinion nut can loosen, causing the rear axle to seize. The driveshaft also may detach, which could cause a crash. We opted to fix this. Shortly after the same noise took place. This time it is the rear differential is locking up. However, the dodge service center is saying it is unrelated and it is not part of the recall. The back-end is seizing - so there is more than one critical mechanical error in this vehicle. Chrysler needs to be held responsible. This time i want my vehicle eligible for a buy-back. Its been a lemon. The electrical went out in 2011. No windows can go up or down. Its a horribly made vehicle all the way around. |
