Description of the problem	Frustrated with chryslers recall. They are either dragging their feet through the process or they are incompetent. After numerous times of contacting them to repair rear axle pinion and them not having the part, i decide to have them buy back my vehicle. Each time i have called they give me different information. Each time it adds two weeks to the point i can turn the truck in for a check. In the meanwhile i am left to drive a truck that can endanger my 3 year old and new born. When i called for the third time today they said i had to accept the offer they made me for my vehicle. Then they would send a letter to me to sign and then they would assign an inspector to look at truck. I asked why was this not told to me last week when i called. They replied we didn't know the value of your truck. I said yes you did i printed it off your website and fax it to you on october 13, 2015 per your requirements. The whole process has been very poorly handled.
