Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2010 ram 1500. Upon inspecting underneath the vehicle, the contact noticed premature rust, corrosion, and holes associated with the frame from the front to the rear. The failure progressed to the point that it could affect components attached to the frame pertaining to the fuel tank. The dealer did not have a date or time frame for when the part would become available from the manufacturer. In addition, the contact later received notification of an unknown manufacturer recall for the fuel system concerning the fuel tank and railings. The dealer stated that the parts were not available. The vehicle remained parked due to the failure and there was no specified time frame for when the parts would arrive. The manufacturer was notified and stated that the failure was a known issue.
