Description of the problem	While driving this van the engine fan started making a terrible noise. We took it to a mechanic who diagnosed it as a bad fan and noted that there was a new recall for this failure. We took it to the dodge dealer and were told it was not covered under the recall. We had them fix it and contacted chrysler warranty for help. They denied the claim. We have 2 of these identical vehicles and received a recall notice for the other vehicle, vin# [xxx]. They told us that the vehicles were mad at different plants so it was not covered. How can one be covered and the other not when the parts are identical. It makes no sense. This obviously could have been a very bad situation if not caught in time. We would greatly appreciate any help you could give on the problem. I have uploaded documentation for your review.
