Description of the problem	My exact vehicle ram promaster i4 3l turbo diesel with factory air is on a safety recall for bad coolant fan, but chrysler is saying that my vin does not qualify. The chrysler dealer tells me i need to replace my cooling fan because it is shorting and blowing the fuse and possibly affecting the relay also.
