Description of the problem	Parking brake not working during winter time. When parking, parking brake was used and it work. When driveing the vehicle the parking brake was release but the brake is lock up. The vehicle was unable to drive. Took to the shop and the shoe was all use up. I changed the shoe at the shop and still having the problem. Parking brake do not work in cold weather.
