Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2015 ram promaster. While driving at any speed, the speedometer failed to illuminate. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the technician diagnosed it as a design failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 3,300. Updated 1/12/16 cn the consumer stated he noticed after he picked the vehicle up from the dealer under certain lighting conditions he could not see the speedometer clearly. It was blurry and the details were impossible to make out without taking his eyes off the road .
