Description of the problem	I purchased new a 2017 winnebago trend motorhome on a 2016 ram promaster chassis. The outside rear view mirrors come in 2 parts. The lower mirror due to an engineering error can not move out far enough to permit a safe view of traffic. Essentially it affords mostly a view of the body of the vehicle.
