Description of the problem | Car was hesitating when starting from a stop. Once in a while the car would jerk back or forward. While driving the check engine light came on and i lost power. The car would only go about 5 mph. Brought back to dealer where he checked the light code and came back as transmission sensor issue. Dealer reset the code and i was ok for a week. Code came back on while driving. Brought back to dealer and they said they would update the software. After about a week the code came back again. This time they gave it to another dealer to look at and they found that it was a bad valve body in the transmission. I have been without the car for a month now as they wait for the back ordered part. All times the light came on i was on a street or route doing under 50 while driving forward |
