Description of the problem	As i was looking for a parking spot at a local entertainment venue, i took a right and was in process of making a quick left about 20 yards after the right. As i turned to the left i heard something pop under the truck. I decided to keep going straight instead of turning left so i straightened the truck out and proceeded forward about 50 yards down at a stop sign i saw an empty on the left and proceeded to turn towards it. The pop i had heard earlier was the actually the driver side tie rod snapping and while turning left it caught the sidewall of the tire and locked up the steering arm and bent the trailing arm. I had taken the truck to spring dodge in spring, tx to have the l16 recall performed on it a year earlier on the same month.
