Description of the problem | Ram welded the drag-link assembly per a recall on my 2500. I cannot get anyone including the dealer to align my truck after putting new tires on it. The factory tires wore unevenly prior to 30,000 miles. Chrysler says there is nothing they can do. I specifically asked for a replacement drag link assembly that is not welded be shipped to the dealer. They are refusing. I am in awe of their inability to resolve an issue they directly created. I am planning on suing as a last resort. |
