Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2017 ram 2500. The contact stated while driving 30 mph, after turning off the front driver heated seat off but stated it was after 15 minutes and the heated seat was still on. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact was conserved it may cause a fire. The vehicle was taken multiple times to local dealer bosak motors (3111 w lincoln hwy, merrillville, in 46410: (219) 682-0497) and were unable to diagnose the failure.
