Description of the problem	All ram trucks are equipped with daytime running lights, however for the us models, the manufacture disables the feature to charge the consumer to have them activated. A safety feature should not be an elective feature should be included when you purchase the vehicle. There are many highways within the us that require headlights on during the day, why not activate these daytime running light to make the roadways safer for all. I have attempted to have them activated and dealer wants to charge the hourly labor rate to activate.
