Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2017 ram 2500. When attempting to shift into park, the transmission became stuck in another gear and the vehicle rolled backwards. In addition, the key became stuck in the ignition when the contact attempted to turn off the vehicle. Dick hannah ram truck center (7110 ne fourth plain blvd, vancouver, wa 98661, (360) 342-9371) was called, but would not give any information over the phone. The dealer required the contact to tow in the vehicle at his expense. The manufacturer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 38,500. |
