Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 ram 2500. The contact stated that while driving approximately 75 mph, a grinding noise was present coming from the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the rear differential and the rear axle would need to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. In march of 2016 while driving approximately 75 mph, a warning displayed indicating that the speed would reduce to 5 mph. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the emission system, the catalytic converter, and gaskets would need to be replaced. In october 2016 while driving approximately 45 mph, the engine fan assembly, the power steering, and the power brake failed. The cause of the failure had not been determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The failure mileage was 4,000. |
