Description of the problem	2014 ran 1500 tradesman blacked out edition. After stopping the vehicle and putting in park to check other concerns when running 40mph the truck shakes and sounds like misfire, after stepping out of truck it began to roll backwards and pushed me down. After getting back up the truck continued to roll down the hill and ran over my ankle and foot. Before crashing into a concrete wall. Since then i have used the emergency brake when parking and the truck was repaired by insurance. 8,000 dollars of damage to the truck and my right foot is still healing after 2 months. Dash showed truck in park and lever was completely up. This is the 2nd time it happened, and i got lucky the truck didn't run over my chest or head. The first time the truck didn't stay in park was probably about 7 months ago, i placed truck in park and began to get out when the truck was still rolling forward. I had to push on brakes and remove from park and put back into park for it to work. Intermittent park position is a very bad thing to be intermittent.
