Description of the problem	The service electronic speed control (esc) and traction control light illuminates frequently. At low speed something happens that causes steering to be difficult. We have had the vehicle in for a recent recall that was suppose to fix this problem. The problem persists. The dealer wants approximately $350 to replace the electronic steering control modular. My research indicates that this item is a recall item but the dealer disagrees.
