Description of the problem	The steering wheel continues to lock up and risk my life. I had it fixed by the dealer ([xxx]) and it still does it! I almost was hit by a semi the last time so i took it back to the dealer and they won't do anything. Now they are saying the steering shaft needs to be replaced.
