Description of the problem	In the beginning the whinning noise was only when i made a left or right turn. Now whenever i move the steering wheel to the left or right it makes a loud piercing whinning noise like rubber or somthing is about to snap. It is even louder than it was a year ago. It can't be safe to drive. The dealership stated gm had the same problem with the arcadias, but gm has decided to pay for the fix on that vehicle but not design the part to fix the pontiac g6. They stated that part would not fit my g6. They also stated because g6s are no longer being made, they have no reason to fit the problem. I have seen many complaints about a similar problem. If they know how to fit it on the arcadia's, then they should be fixing it for free on the pontiac g6s. I think this is such bad customer service and feel they will be losing many customers who have supported gm over the years. Honestly, i feel very uncomfortable driving the car with this noise, because i feel the more i drive, the worse it gets, until the point something in that steering will snap and i lose control of the vehicle. Please help get this issue resolved. *tt
