Description of the problem	At 38,500 miles, have had multiple problems with steering, including 2 steering shaft replacements, steering gear replacement. Power steering will fail at various times while turning at low speeds. There is also a loud pop which the dealer diagnosed as the steering shaft, but is never fixed after replacement. Also had to have cv joint replaced at 38,000 miles due to failure. This vehicle has never been wrecked or otherwise damaged. According to the dealer, these are very common problems with g6's and should be recalled.
