Description of the problem	Power steering went out, nearly went into ditch. Now sometimes shakes the wheel intermittently while driving and while sitting. Sometimes doesn't work at all - comes and goes intermittently, parked, has not went totally out again while driving but has intermittent shakes. There was a recall but somehow (according to gm) my specific car was not covered when most of 2008 and 3 years before and 2 years after were 100% covered/recalled (build date few months window in late 2007?) . If 5 years of production on at least 3 vehicle models gets recalled, why not a couple months in the middle of that?
