Description of the problem	Steering wheel shakes while parked and driving. Last year had the torque sensor in the steering column replaced with a recall that caused the same issue. 9 months later the steering wheel has started shaking again while driving and now the dealer says there is an issue with the electronic steering system module. $700 to fix. They said it is not part of the recall( which some research said this might have had to be replaced under the recall) and warranty does not cover.
