Description of the problem	My daughter was driving her car down the interstate at about 65mph when all of the sudden the power steering malfunctions. She immediately pulls the car over to the side of the road but having just had shoulder surgery this is quite difficult. I am now being informed that this "particular" car is not part of the steering recall even though it has the exact problem noted in the recall. Apparently it doesn't fall "within' their range of vin numbers!
