Description of the problem	My brake lights keep lighting up as i am driving down the road. When i press the brake pedal the brake lights go out. This is a safety concern that should be addressed by the manufacturer. On cold days my windshield wipers will just quit working. I have had this into the gm shop two times and they say there is nothing wrong with the windshield wipers.
