Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2008 pontiac g6. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer five times yet they were unable to diagnose the failure the first 4 times. On the fifth occurrence of the failure, the vehicle was repaired under an unknown technical service bulletin. The failure did not recur. While driving at approximately 40 mph, the steering wheel became extremely stiff and the power steering warning light illuminated. The contact then began pulling on the steering wheel until the vehicle began to operate as normal. The vehicle was not examined for the cause of failure nor repaired.
