Description of the problem | Fuel line assembly..... Smelled raw gas after a brief park in my garage. Kept smelling gas, only to learn that the fuel line assembly has a crack in it. I took the car to 2 different mechanics and they both said that this "is a common problem on the pontiac g6". From what i was told, the assembly housing is made of plastic, and it is common that it cracks on this type of vehicle. This is a very expensive repair, costing in upwards of $800. 00. |
