Description of the problem	Rear passenger door will not lock/unlock. Loud, rubbing noise coming from steering column when making turns. Low beam headlights work intermittently (got stopped by a policeman and warned of a citation the next time i would get stopped). I changed the bulb twice. Low beam headlight will stop working , but the bulb is not actually burned out. As a result, i had driver side bulb wiring replaced by dealer, due to charring that was present on the wiring harness. Then, it started working again. A month or so later the other one went out. Now the passenger side wiring is charred, but the bulb is fine.
