Description of the problem	Gear shifter moves but car rolls as its in neutral no matter what when i went to put my car in park it still rolled forward, when i put it in reverse it still rolled foward. Its as if the gear shifter isn't putting it into the correct gear. Now i have turned my car off and it won't restart because it doesn't think its in park? What could this be?
