Description of the problem	While driving at 70mph on the freeway, every light on the dash came on. Speedometer stopped working but car continued to run though roughly. Was able to pull off the interstate. Turned the ignition off and car engine stopped running but all the dash lights stayed on and blower motor continued to run for about 10 minutes. Had to have vehicle towed to dealership. Was told the fusible link failed between the alternator and the starter. Was told it was not in conjunction with the recall (13036) for bcm voltage fluctuation. Dealership performed recall repair but vehicle had to be brought back a 2nd time to recalibrate the bcm.
