Description of the problem | I received a letter from gm stating the body control module may not work properly and cause the brake lights to not function correctly. The lights can either stay on or not come on when the brakes are applied the letter says they will extend warranty coverage but not repair the car unless it actually fails. This is a safety concern and not acceptable. Gm should be made to correct the body control module and recall the vehicles. I cannot see the if the brake lights are functioning from the drivers seat. |
