Description of the problem	While driving onto the freeway my car starting hesitating to catch speed and after it did while i was driving on the freeway it began to shudder and loose power . It was accompanied we with whining sound and no check engine light indicator came on . I went to a transmission had a fluid exchange done and the fluid turned to a dark looking oil almost similar to motor oil . The transmission continues to malfunction on the highway at high speed and on city road at lower speeds. The quality of my drive train declined to to the point of no longer running. My vehicle has now been parked for almost 2 and a half months . It only has 114,000 miles on it . I called nissan north america will not help me fix it because it is out of warranty
