Description of the problem | I experienced my car shaking, revving up and then stalling at a parking lot. Upon trying to get on the freeway the car stalled on the freeway on ramp. Once starting the car, i had to depress the accelerator all the way down for the car to get up to 20 mi/hr. The car maintained this speed for 4-5 mi, suddenly the car would accelerate to 60mi/hr at which point i nearly collided into the car in front of me. Then the car proceeded to shut down completely. I arrived at the dealership and was informed there's a possible issue with the transmission. I bought my car brand new in 2013, have had routine maintenance, used top tier fuel, and have not had any major accidents, the car has less than 30k mi. |
