Description of the problem | I won a nissan armada 2010 and in 2017. Driving to work in the highway, i noticed a ratlling sound coming from the overhead console: the plastic latches are braking. In the next few days, the console failled down in the back seat but was stil hanging up by the wirings. I brougth my vehicle to the dealership where i do my oil change regulary for repair or replacement, they ask me $1000. 00 for diagnostic of the problem and without it, they can not do the repair. I did not want to spend $1000. 00 for diagnostic and get stucked with the repair bills afterward. I thingh they were dishonest and the issue must investigated and a recall must be issued. I have problem opening the rear liftgate or the glass hatch. Some answer. |
