Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2016 mitsubishi outlander. While the contact's husband was driving 45 mph, he heard an abnormal noise and the vehicle began to decelerate. When the accelerator pedal was depressed, the vehicle failed to accelerate. The contact managed to pull the vehicle over to the side of the road before the engine shut off.
