Description of the problem | Im pretty bummed out, im an owner of an 04 mazda rx8 and about a month or so the heart (engine) of the car suddenly gave out, i took it to the dealer to get it checked out and the news they gave me was that i needed a new engine, they asked me for maintenance records which i couldn't provide them with because i do the tune ups myself, they want receipts but lets be honest its hard to keep track of them, so they said no records no receipts it will cost you over 3k to get the job done. I see a lot of complaints and recalls online for this vehicle and know that mine falls in that category also. I have witnesses that see me do my oilchanges and store employees that know i buy tune up products from there store. What can i do to fight for my rights? |
