Description of the problem	While driving my car on 4/16/2017 and going through a toll booth on the pa turnpike the car suddenly pulled to one side and the air alert went off. I pulled over immediately and found the front left tire was flat. As i was changing the tired i found that the sidewalls on the outer and inner aspect had completely separated from the treads. The tire sidewalls completely disintegrated around the entire circumference on both sidewalls. Almost like a retreaded tire does. This is a complete tire failure at 9,100 miles and driving slowly through a toll booth. If this had happened at a high rate of speed i probably would have lost total control of my car.
