Description of the problem | I have been waiting for a replacement driver air bag since june of 2014. I received a letter from mazda in february of 2015 that stated i would be notified when a part is available. I contacted a mazda dealership in june of 2015 to inquire about the airbag and was told i need to wait until they are available. It's been a year and i do not feel safe driving the vehicle. Is there any action that can be taken to have this expedited or financial compensation for the loss of a vehicle? |
