Description of the problem | Dt*: the contact stated while stopped at a stop light; a vehicle traveling 30 mph rear ended the contact. During the accident, the driver and passenger side seats moved forward causing injuries to the driver and passenger. The passenger side seat was pushed all the way back prior to the accident, but during the accident, the seat moved forward. Seat belts were in use at the time of the accident and did work properly. There were no problems with the seats staying locked in position prior to the accident. A police report was taken. |
