Description of the problem | The headrests on the 2013 mazda cx-9 are excruciatingly uncomfortable. They angle at a completely unnatural forward angle and force the driver's head forward and down. It was not obvious during the test drive. After 6 hrs of driving though, pain developed in neck, upper shoulders and lower back. Who designed this mess? Why can't the headrest just be straight up, like in the back seats? |
