Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2006 maserati quattroporte. The contact stated that the steering wheel became very stiff while attempting to make an extreme left or right turn. While driving 25-30 mph, the engine stalled and the vehicle came to a complete stop when the brake pedal was depressed.
