Description of the problem	Driver's side retractable running boards keeps getting stuck in open position and keeps trying to retract while driving, after research found out running boards have been malfunctioning on navigators since early 2000. Ford mercury will not recall even though they know its a vehicle defect. Drivers seat and steering wheel will not stay where its set will reset it self sometimes while driving
