Description of the problem | When the driver exits the vehicle, the lower seat cushion is soft enough to be compressed against the hard plastic edging that supports the seat location controls. Due to repeated compression against the plastic edging, the driver side seat develops a horizontal crack/cut in the leather cushion along the side. |
