Description of the problem	We are the original owner of a 2007 lexus rx 350. The dashboard has been cracking and crumbling apart, posing a significant safety concern. For example, the airbag unit is built into the dashboard. Dashboard degradation also affects visibility as it reflects in the windshield and crumbling pieces fall off during driving. Upon further research, a 2014 class action lawsuit prompted a warranty enhancement in 2015-2017 to cover the dashboards of several lexus model vehicles, including our 2007 rx 350. Unfortunately, we never received any notification of this warranty program, so we were unaware of it until now, after it has expired. We have contacted our local dealership, stevens creek lexus in san jose, california, as well as toyota and lexus corporate, without resolution. As we never received notice of the warranty replacement program, we would appreciate a goodwill coverage for replacing our dashboard.
