Description of the problem	Cracking and melting dashboard creating noxious fumes in vehicle. In late 2015, we noticed that our lexus rx400h's dashboard began forming cracks. While we initially thought this was a cosmetic issue, soon the dashboard began melting and stinking up the car. When we brought it to our local lexus dealership for investigation (lexus of kendall), we were told that there was a warranty enhancement program recently launched to replace defective dashboards. We were placed on the waiting list to get a new dashboard and were told we were #1 in february 2016. We have somehow moved to #2 on their list and have seen no progress on lexus replacing our dashboard. Additionally, if you call the parts department and ask to order one they claim it will arrive in 5-7 business days. That seems unfair. Since the initial observation, the smell of the cracked/melted dash has become overwhelming, especially when it's hot out. We are hesitant to drive our vehicle because of these fumes.
