Description of the problem | My dashboard is melting horribly. I have contacted lexus on several occasions. I was told that i first needed to bring it the nearest dealership in my area to have to serviced and get an estimate. The service report stated that the dash was in fact melting and needed to be replaced. I followed up with another call to lexus and was informed that it was out of warranty and that it could not be replaced. I indicated that issue is by far not a warranty issue but in fact a defect in the material used to make the dashboard. The visibility on the driver side is horrible and quite dangerous. |
