Description of the problem | Sunroof glass exploded for no reason, sending glass particles inside the car while transporting my infant daughter and driving. It is a miracle nobody got hurt. There is documented cases of sunroof glass exploding on lexus cars class action lawsuits. My car has been at the dealer by request of lexus usa representative scott murphy since last friday 11/15 and still no resolution. The safety of vehicle owners should not be bargaining chip. These explosion can cause serious damage to vehicle operator and occupants. |
