Description of the problem | My car is six years old. It was purchased new. Over time the rubbery substance my dashboard is made of has started to melt and become sticky. I've never had this happen in a vehicle and wouldn't expect it from a lexus. Recently, the sun has started to glare off of the melting dashboard, onto the windshield, making visibility of the road difficult. I'm concerned for my safety. Lexus needs to issue a recall. Please help. |
