Description of the problem	I have a 2008 lexus is250 that is out of warranty. The dashboard and door panels literally started melting. I contacted toyota/lexus a few months ago since not only was the dashboard melting by the day but the door panels are also melting ruining several pairs of pants. I was told that the vehicle was out of warranty & that there was nothing they could do. After several calls, i received a call from lexus stating they would replace the dashboard but i was responsible for the labor. I told them i should not have to pay for anything since it's a manufacturer's defect but they said that the labor was my responsibility. So i went ahead and paid the labor and had the dash replaced. Although lexus also agreed to replace my door panels, the labor cost of $1,300. 00 was absurd and again my responsibility according to lexus. I wasn't going to pay that amount that's crazy. So my door panels continue to melt. At this point i want to file a complaint to get reimbursed for the $600. 00 labor i had to pay for the dashboard and would like lexus to replace my door panel at no charge to me. *js
