Description of the problem | I've contacted my dealership, freeman lexus, numerous times since hearing about the takata recall in june of last year. 9 months later i am still awaiting repair. The first 5 times i called, i was told to call back and check in to see if the airbag replacement parts where in. The last time i was put on a list in order to receive a loaner car. 2 months later and still no repair or loaner. I have a 2008 lexus is which was purchased in september of 2007. I live in ca. Based on the projected degradation timeline of 6-9 years, september of 2016 put my at 9 years. I am not satisfied with lexus lack of timely repair. |
