Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2007 lexus is 250. The contact stated that this is her second vehicle of the same year, make, and model. She stated that there is a mildew odor coming from the air conditioner vents, which causes her to become violently ill. The odor is present when the vehicle reaches approximately 3,000-3,500 miles. The vehicle was purchased four months ago. The manufacturer attempted to repair the failure four times. As a result, she went into arbitration and the vehicle was included in her state's lemon law.
